FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- Verginia salad mix150 g
- Fresh red pepper100 g
- Cherry tomatoes6 pieces
- Shallots1 head
- Ginger root1 piece
- Cucumbers½ piece
- Garlic1 clove
- Rice vinegar1.5 tbsp spoons
- Ketchup1 tbsp the spoon
- Water1 tbsp. the spoon
- Soy sauce1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp. the spoon
PREPARATION
- In a small bowl, combine chopped shallots, shredded ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, ketchup, water, vegetable oil, and soy sauce.
- Peel the peppers and cut into thin strips. Put in ice water for a while until the pieces curl up.
- Place lettuce leaves in a bowl and mix with 4-6 tablespoons of dressing. Salt. Divide the salad into 2 bowls, top with tomato halves, thinly sliced cucumber and pepper slices.
